This isn't exactly a great time to sell a home, and I probably won't get as much as I'd like to, but I bought it about 10 years ago before the big run up in prices in Phoenix, so I can still probably make a few dollars on it. I've read that almost everyone starts looking for a different home on the Internet, so making sure that I get it listed somewhere online that has decent traffic will help. The big site for finding homes is realtor.com, but I don't know if I can sell my house on this site, since I'm trying to do it myself. I should probably talk to those people who offer services that help people sell their homes themselves before I do anything. I think that I need for sale by owner tips before I get too far into the process of figuring out how to sell my house online.
